1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the HoldOn Together website, mobile app, waitlist, beta, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
HoldOn Together is intended for adult caregivers, family members, and other authorized support people. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You may invite helpers or family members only when you have authority to share the relevant content with them.
- You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Permitted Use
You may use HoldOn Together only for lawful, personal, family, caregiver, or authorized support purposes.
- Do not use our products to violate privacy rights, impersonate another person, or upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
- Do not interfere with the website, apps, security features, or other users' access.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or resell any part of our products except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the information, media, and other content you submit to HoldOn Together. By uploading or submitting content, you grant PJD Operations, LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, cache, back up, and display that content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve our products for you and the people you authorize.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload photos, audio, names, contact details, stories, medical documents, and similar content.
5. Visit Recording and Consent
HoldOn Together allows you to record audio during doctor visits. Recordings are initiated only when you actively start them and are stored as part of your account data.
- You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from healthcare providers, patients, and other individuals present before recording a visit. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction.
- Visit recordings are treated as user-generated personal notes. PJD Operations, LLC does not act as a healthcare provider and does not create, maintain, or transmit medical records on your behalf.
- Recordings and AI-generated summaries are provided for personal informational purposes only and should not be relied on as a complete or accurate medical record.
6. AI-Generated Content
HoldOn Together uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested questions before doctor visits and to create plain-English summaries of visit recordings. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.
- AI-generated questions and summaries may be incomplete, inaccurate, or missing important context. Always verify information with your healthcare provider.
- AI output does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
- You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with others.
7. Health and Emergency Disclaimer
HoldOn Together is designed to support connection, familiarity, and caregiver coordination. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and it should not be relied on for emergency, urgent, or life-critical situations.
- Do not use our products as a replacement for medical care, supervision, or emergency response.
- If there is a medical emergency or immediate safety concern, call 911 or your local emergency services.
- Location, activity, memory-related, and AI-generated features may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
8. Paid Plans, Billing, and Restores
Some features may require a paid subscription. Paid plans are processed through third-party billing providers such as Apple App Store, Google Play, and related subscription infrastructure.
- Prices, billing intervals, trial offers, and feature limits may change over time.
- Store providers control billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase restoration policies.
- If a paid feature appears unavailable, you may need to restore purchases or sign in again on the correct account.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features at any time. Our products may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, outages, third-party service interruptions, device limitations, or other issues beyond our control.
We are not responsible for losses caused by temporary downtime, failed uploads, synchronization delays, device storage limits, or interruptions in internet, hosting, app-store, or cloud services.
10. Termination
You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used our products in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoldOn Together is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PJD Operations, LLC and its affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or use, arising out of or related to our products or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to our products will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of our products after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
