I spent 20 years in operations leadership — building teams, merging organizations, and solving complex problems at companies like WPP, IPG, and Publicis. Then I watched my grandmother begin to lose her memory, and I saw how hard it was for my mom to stay connected from a distance.
I realized that no one was building the right tool for this moment. Not a medical device. Not a clinical tracker. A companion — something that helps the person you love stay connected to familiar faces and voices, and helps you feel close even when you can't be there.
